| samenvatting | This contribution seeks to briefly reflect on the national diversity in the liability of legal persons for offences, before embarking on an evaluation of the implications this should have, not only from an EU policy perspective, but also from a member state cooperation perspective. Throughout, suggestions are made to alleviate the identified difficulties. |
