VAT: If you are VAT registered in the EU, outside of Belgium, no VAT is charged. You will be responsible for any VAT under the reverse charge procedures. If no VAT number is supplied and the ship-to address is within the EU outside of Belgium, 6% vat is charged on the print-only subscription; 21% VAT on the online-only subscription. For a combined subscription, 6% VAT is calculated on a proportion of 65% of the subscription fee, and 21% to the remaining 35% of the subscription fee.
Online access includes: access to full-text in PDF - current contents, plus online back issues. Institutional subscriptions get IP registered access across a single site. Remote access is allowed via secure proxy.
